Kilmarnock FC: Mixu signs new faces
KILLIE’S two exciting new signings are in line to make their debuts this Saturday.
French midfielder Benjamin Laurant and Swedish defender Billy Berntsson could play in the home game against St Johnstone, says Killie boss Mixu Paatelainen.
“Laurant will be available to us. He has registered with the club,” he said.
“Berntsson has joined us to give us cover at the back.
“He has a chest infection so we will have to wait and see how strong he is. Hopefully, he will be fit for Saturday.”
Laurant, 23, was a free agent after leaving Ligue One side Le Havre, with whom he spent most of his career, at the end of last season.
Berntsson was also a free agent after being released by Swedish side Sundsvall.
It is understood both have signed two-and-a-half year deals at Rugby Park.

Sammon streitet das allerdings ab, bisher ist er immer noch bei Killie.

Conor Sammon turns down Scunthorpe move
Kilmarnock striker Conor Sammon has declined the chance to join Championship side Scunthorpe.
The 24-year-old held talks with Iron manager Ian Baraclough after Kilmarnock accepted an offer for the Irishman.
But Sammon will be included in the Kilmarnock squad for Tuesday's league match with Hearts at Rugby Park.

:D Okay, ich verstehe schon. Ja, mehr wollte ich auch nicht sagen, dass es heutzutage wohl eien seltene Entscheidung ist, und deswegen finde ich es schon gut von ihm.
Dass er heute nur auf der Bank ist, ist natürlich aus Heartssicht auch nicht gerade schlecht :p
